42. No event permit may be issued for use in a place where a permit has been cancelled, for the period of 6 months following the date of the cancellation. Similarly, no event permit may be issued for use in a place where a permit has been suspended, for as long as the suspension is in effect.
The first paragraph does not apply if the cancellation or suspension was requested by the permit holder, or in the case of a cancellation covered by section 55 of the Act.
